• Main structure

The machine tool is of C-type structure, mainly composed of table, column, saddle, base, spindle box, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling, and filtering system, electric control system, and other components.
 

• Machine design

Adopt large span support, according to the principle of Bessel physical deformation resistance, so that the casting has the best deformation resistance structure. The body is designed by Finite Element Analysis(FEA) to ensure the stability and rigidity of the mechanism.
 

• Base

Adopts an M-type support design, which effectively decomposes the guide load, makes the casting more evenly stressed, and reduces the local deformation of the casting.
 

• Column

It adopts the widened and large-span herringbone design to increase the rigidity of the body and enhance the torsional and bending resistance. At the same time, it enlarges the contact surface with the base for more stable processing.
 

• Worktable

 Adopt box design, which makes the load-bearing capacity better and the resistance to deformation stronger.  
 

• Saddle

The saddle is designed with the double ribbed structure to ensure the best rigidity.
