 Description

BF-2513V is mainly used for the processing of large mechanical parts and molds. It can meet the requirements of CNC machining of large parts, plates, molds and many other precision parts. Widely used in general mechanical parts, automotive molds, stamping molds, die-casting molds, precision parts, large electronic product shell and other industries.

• Main structure

The integrated gantry structure, mainly composed of table, Gantry beam, ram, base, spindle box, hydraulic system, lubrication system, cooling, and filtering system, electric control system, and other components.

• Machine design

The whole machine is designed with large span support, so that the casting has the best anti-deformation structure. The fuselage design has undergone finite element analysis to ensure the stability and rigidity of the mechanism.

• Base

Adopts a double-layered box structure design, which will increase the weight by 30% compared to a single-layer structure. At the same time, the stability, deformation resistance and rigidity of the fuselage will be much higher than that of the ordinary single-layer structure.
